I have performed inspections on many types, sizes, and varying components in homes. Most homes can be unique and almost have their own personality so to speak. A thourghal non-invasive inspection of the property is performed including grading, roofing, structural, electrical, heating, air conditioning system and plumbing.  I will identify with the client of any item that is noted.  I provide quality color photos with every inspection.  You will understand every item by the time I am finished, giving you the peace of mind and information necessary to make a more informed decision.
