In the interm I can share with you that I currently use a legible written (pesonalized to your inspection) report with comments and recommendations throughout, and a summary at the end.

Other info in the report booklet are life expectancies of home components, and some idea of repair costs, but you should confirm with local contractors.

Also I will include digital pic's of parts of the inspection.

I normally want til that evening or next morning to be certain I have the report the way I like it (100%) and haven't missed anything.(quicker if you need) At that time I will personallydeliver or  send you a copy (email or fax to you) At any time you are encouraged to call me if you have any questions. There are no dumb questions !!
